Place of origin: An abandoned apartment in Watabe town.
Place of residence: Inverse city. He has no permanent place of residence. He is mostly found either in the abandoned warehouse to the south or the junkyard next to it.

Physical description: Devon is about 5'7" in height with very long reddish brown spiky hair. His eyes have been compared to them of a tiger or wolf; they appear an amber colour with pitch-black pupils. Upon his head he has two large, light brown, canine-like ears as well as his normal human ears that have become pointed somewhat. The nails on his fingers have become razor-sharp claws and his fang teeth have become like a vampire's. He's of normal build and has lightly coloured brown skin. He is in very good health, robust and extremely strong.
He basically wears the same clothes everyday, washing them and himself at the lake south of the forest when needed. Mostly a plain white or red T-shirt underneath a long black leather jacket. Around his neck is the Kiko necklace, which actually contains a miniscule piece of Kiko like what he's after. He also wears black jeans and black trainers.

Personality: Dev has been a loaner ever since he could remember and has kept to himself since the death of his two friends. Until the present day he found that friends were pointless but has now found some characters that are worth hanging around with. He normally is very calm as he thinks he can handle anything, he becomes very violent in battle and uses his skills well.

Past history: He was originally an orphaned kid living on the streets of Watabe town. He was too young to know what happened to his parents. To live he stole from people walking the streets and did jobs for the local mobs. He was named 'Devon' as he was called either a 'devil' or 'demon' by his reputation of being a delinquent. When he reached the age of 16 he stole from a woman called Mimi Kinnon who caught him and gave him a proposition. She would let him keep the money he stole and have more without turning him in if he helped her with an experiment. He quickly agreed and was subjected to an evil ritual where the demon, Inuoni, was going to take over his body for her to control. However his two only friends burst into the lab and interrupted the ritual before the demon took over Devon's mind. Being half demon Mimi had full control over his actions and commanded him to kill his two friends, which he did unwillingly with his new skills.
For three months Mimi used Devon as a slave for what she wished. Since normal humans found him unstoppable he easily stole and retrieved items for his master. He also got a reputation and now has a reward on his head.
Devon longed to be fully human again with free will and spied on Mimi's research. However the world was slowly becoming full of monsters and other supernatural beings. After he was nearly killed, even with his super strength, by a monster he decided to find a way to become a full demon. This way he would be unstoppable and he wouldn't be under Mimi's control. That night he saw the answer in Mimi's research, the Kiko crystal would do it. However finding it was the hard part as the only information on it's location was a name of a nearby city; Inverse.
After careful planning he became familiar with his powers and escaped while Mimi was out. He found Inverse and has lived there ever since continually searching for the Kiko crystal.

Misc: Inuoni doesn't have much control over Devon because of the boy's emotions and the interruption at a crucial part in the incantation. Part of Inuoni's sprit is trapped in Limbo and therefore can not attempt to gain more control over Devon. However Inuoni's chance of influence is increased when Devon is weakened or on a night of a full moon. As a strange consequence Devon grows a wolf's tail on a night of a full moon but this has no real effect and will disappear the morning after.
